v.v. medien-service gmbh / berlinScheckheft.
History of the berlinScheckheft
In 1952 the first issue was published under the support of the mayorship of Ernst Reuter. Since then the berlinScheckheft (formerly HauptstadtScheckheft) has become a tradition in Berlin. Until 2007 the booklet was published by the non-profit association TAG DER OFFENEN TÜR E.V. and united with Berlin’s 3rd largest lottery which was replaced by the big treasure hunt in 2008. In the same year the berlinScheckheft was taken over by the v.v. medien-service gmbh who carries on the tradition of the “old” HauptstadtScheckheft. Since then the focus lies on the offer of vouchers which is being extended permanently.
